Dairy Grazing Services (DGS) provides the information and tools graziers need.

Pasture-based dairying can be a viable option to produce milk while increasing profits and reducing input costs for some dairy producers. In 2011, Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. (DFA) formed Dairy Grazing Services (DGS), a new service entity focused solely upon providing the resources producers need to improve profitability when incorporating grazing into their operations.

 

To help producers become more profitable, DGS offers:

• Products: Semen from LIC, and a specialty grazing catalog from Eagle Dairy Direct

• Consulting Services: Expert dairy grazing managers available as consultants

• Education and Training: Partnering in workshops, conferences, pasture walks
